Women’s Network of Estonian Police (Eesti Politsei Naisuhendus, WNEP) was established in November 2003. The targets of the network are: Vocation of females employed by the police is valued; The best practice of police organisations and the international experience are the grounds for daily work; The number of women employed on managerial jobs at the police is in proportion with the total number of women employed by the police.
