»SOCIAL SKILLS – A TOOL FOR A GREATER SUCCESS«
During the Slovenian police course »Social skills – a tool for a greater success« we will present to you the Centre for Research and Social Skills, the areas of gender equality, psychological assistance and support, and guide you to the Slovenian Police Museum. Furthermore, coaching framework as a leadership development tool will be introduced. At several development workshops, course participants will have the opportunity to develop different self-efficacy and social communication skills relevant to their police work. The category of self-efficacy skills includes emotional states management, self-confident public speaking, and a model for learning new skills, while the category of social communication skills includes communication model, perceptual positions in communication, and strategy for responding to criticism.
